Our team, composed of Ph.D. student: Mr. HU, Msc student Mr. WANG, and Research assistants: Ms. CUI and Dr. WU, secured Rank 2 in the IEEE ITSS Student Competition on Pedestrian Behavior Prediction.
A paper titled "Intelligent Vehicle Carriers to Support General Civilian Purposes" has been accepted by IEEE Transactions on Ingelligent Vehicles
Mr. HU Dong and Mr. Lyu Mingyang joined HOIS and will commence their PhD journey in PolyU.

A paper titled "An Enhanced Backtracking Search Algorithm for the Flight Planning of a Multi-Drones-Assisted Commercial Parcel Delivery System" has been accepted by IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems.
A paper titled "Collision-Free 3D Navigation of a UAV Team for Optimal Data Collection in Internet of Things Networks with Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces" has been accepted by IEEE System Journal.
A paper titled "Backtracking search algorithm with dynamic population for energy consumption problem of a UAV-assisted IOT data collection system" has been accepted by Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence.
A Smart Traffic Fund "Designing of an Intelligent Human-machine Cooperative Driving System" has been approved by HKPC on 31/03/2023.
